RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Equestrians Anonymous at Jeffrey's Horse and Hounds - As of October. 1st, 2026 we are NOW offering store Credit for Returned items that are returned within 15 days of purchase in the same condition that it was sold.  We will offer STORE CREDIT ONLY

Saddle trials and returns

Saddles Under $500.00 are final sale and no Returns or Refunds.  

Saddles Over $500.00 Saddles have a three-day trial. A refund applies if the saddle is returned in the same condition, subject to our terms and conditions. Return shipping after the trial is at the buyer's expense, and the saddle must not be damaged.

Please contact us for the full saddle trial and return details before purchasing or returning a saddle.
