Saddle Shipping

Shipping rates

• English saddles: $100 to ship anywhere in the US.
• Wintec and treeless English saddles: $75 to ship anywhere in the US. We try to note this rate on individual listings.
• Western saddles: $130 to ship anywhere in the US. In some cases, extra-heavy saddles, including saddles with excess silver, may cost more to ship to zones 7 and 8. We will contact you to discuss any additional fee.

Saddle trials and returns

Saddles under $500 are final sale, with no returns or refunds. Saddles over $500 have a three-day trial. A refund applies if the saddle is returned in the same condition, subject to our terms and conditions. Return shipping after the trial is at the buyer's expense, and the saddle must not be damaged.

Trial saddles that are returned will incur a 15% restocking fee if paid for by credit card. Please contact us about other payment options that do not incur a restocking fee.

If you are trialing a saddle and may return it, please save the shipping box and packing materials. We recommend wrapping the saddle the same way it arrived to protect the leather from rubbing against the inside of the box.

Saddles damaged while being returned to us will be considered sold, and no refund will be considered. This applies to English, Wintec, treeless English, and Western saddles.

The customer is responsible for shipping fees in both directions. Always include insurance when shipping a saddle back to us.
